  • What can I return?

 

Everything which wasn’t in accordance with the ordered items or has been damaged.

 

  • What are the conditions for the 3-day ‘not good money back’ guarantee?

 

Within the 3 days after you received your order you can return it unused and undamaged as well as you inform us through email to info@hiptray.com

 

  • I am going to return a product. How should I package it?

 

The product should be packaged with enough protection, undamaged and with all parts included. Preferably back in the delivered packaging, clear to mention with it: who returns it, date, reason why, best to send us an email about it so we can be informed about the situation and we can follow the return.

 

  • Can I bring a product back to a store?

 

No, we don’t have any sales points.

 

  • How can I report my return?

 

You can send an email to info@hiptray.com, make sure to mention your name, your bill number, number of your delivery note and reason of return.

You are in the position to pay the amount of return costs in advance, if your return is justified the amount of return costs will be refund.

  • When will my purchase amount be repaid?

As soon as we have received the return and checked the products of any shortcomings your payment will follow within 14 business days.

 

  • I have received the wrong product! How can I exchange a product?

 

Within 5 days after the delivery, the same procedure as with a return but we ask you to report the fact that you wish to buy a different product at the same time.

 

  • What is the status of my return?

 

We will keep you posted from the first moment the return is arrived, is in treatment, is being paid.

 

  • Can I also return if I have chosen for an afterwards payment?
